• Maximum and minimum bet amounts are set individually for each event.
• Betting odds are subject to change — the odds at the time of bet confirmation are final.
• Separate live betting odds apply once an event has started.
• Bets are generally settled within 24 hours of the result being announced.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, bets are generally refunded.
• If one leg of a combo bet is cancelled, that leg will be removed and the bet will be settled on the remaining selections.

In the event of any dispute regarding betting results, the decision of Okbet's audit department shall be considered final.

Users may request account closure at any time. Please withdraw any available balance before the account is closed.

• If a bet is not confirmed due to an internet connection failure

• If a user places an incorrect bet due to ignorance or carelessness
• Service disruptions caused by external factors (natural disasters, cyberattacks, etc.)

Okbet strives to maintain 99.9% uptime; however, technical issues may occasionally cause disruptions. Any such issues are resolved as quickly as possible.
